We Are Back

We finally made it back. Anthony's Mom is out of the ICU now, and have switched over to her rehabilitation center where she will do her therapy at. She has to learn how to use her new knee. She is doing a lot better now.


The trip was very miserable. As if the 44 hour drive (round trip) wasn't enough, staying at the hospital all day with 2 kids is a big pain in my you know what. Isabel was so loud running up and down the halls trying to open everybody's room door. Everybody kept staring at us, hoping that we would get our child under control. She just thought it was a whole new playground for her. Plus Isabel was happy just to be out of the car. I mean she was crammed in the Expedition for 24 hrs. So she had a little more energy than usual. I guess the trip was worth it, b/c the kids did cheer Grammy up and that is what we went for.
