Anthony(6yrs) and Gabriella's(4yrs) birthdays are only 4 days apart so its easier to combine their parties. I know. Such a slacker Mom. Cut me a break. With us moving and living out of suitcases they are lucky they even got one.
First off we attended the church carnival that was going on that same day. Gabriella was ecstatic that her Daddy got his face painted like a butterfly so they could be twins. Proud Mommy moments. My husband isn't a bad guy ALL the time. He can be a softy.
The original plan was to have their party out at the lake. Hence, a fishing party. Dew to weather we had to bring it indoors. Thanks to a wonderful sis in law who graciously let us bombard her house last minute with craziness The party still lived on. Thanks Angel. You rock!
I went easy for the cake and just stabbed popsicles into a styrofoam square. Quick easy and what kids don't love popsicles? I really do wish we had the party at the lake so the kids could have used their sand buckets. You can thank the rain for that one. Booo rain
The kids loved being fishes and trying to catch their worm off the fishing pole. Also pin the scale on the fish. Happy birthday kiddos.
