We went back to the beach with a group of our friends and we found all kind of wild life out and about.
First off. 2 Sting raysTons and Tons of jelly fish. It was actually hard to walk around and even swim, because there were so many of them. Anthony kept wanting to play with him. He was lucky he didn't get stung
We buried Gabriella's boyfriend, Austin. I think it is cute that they have a little crush on each other
Later that week we headed over to the splash pad out at Wannamaker County Park. The kids always love this place
The weather was hot, but I got tired of always having to get wet to cool down. Everyday we had been in our bathing suits. I saw this idea on pinterest where you take 2 paint drop clothes and duck tape them together to make this big water blob. Almost like a giant water bed. It was cool. It stayed cold and you could lay on it with your clothes on and cool off with out getting wet. The kids enjoyed it
We went to Columbia to visit family for the Easter Weekend and headed out to the Riverbank Zoo.Anthony would not leave the penguins alone. I don't know what it was about them, but we must have stood there for 30 minutes just watching them. When Happy Feet 2 came out. I had to take him
I think this bear had a hard day of work. When I first saw him I thought he was dead. This is what you call relaxation.
The night before Easter we had a trial run for the big Easter egg hunt. We added a little twist to it. Glow in the dark eggs. The kids had a blast and definitely got them pumped for what was in store for them the next day.
Dad had been in training for the last 2 months in Oklahoma upgrading to PCO. We weren't sure or not if he was going to make it for Easter. But what do you know. He showed up just in the nick of time. We were out at Pine Island playing tennis trying to get some exercise in, so Dad met us out there. The kids were happy to see him as always.
We did celebrate Easter over our Spring Break, but I figured that needed a separate post in itself. Big gathering equals lots of photos
