Del Priore's 39th Family Easter Fiasco

Yes, it is that time of year again. EASTER!!! Everybody knows that in our family Easter is a big ordeal. Its even bigger than Christmas. Weird huh? Well, we start off by waking up searching for our Easter baskets. This year we asked the Easter bunny not to give us any candy in our baskets. They would be getting plenty of that later. Well, it didn't help that we stayed the night at Delia's when they had nothing but candy in their baskets. Ugh. This year instead of our usual GNO we thought that we would make all of the little girls tutus for them to wear out at the Reunion. Here is Gabriella, Benji, and Giana goofing off while waiting on everybody to arriveAnd Look who visited us this year. None other than my 2 favorite New Yorkers. My Great Uncle Rocco and Aunt Josephine. Love them to pieces.Once everybody got here we ATE!This year was a little weird. Usually we do the egg hunts first, but they decided to play the water balloon toss while Aunt Rosemary and a few other adults hid the eggs. So here we are starting it of nice and easy.And then we had to get down to the real nitty gritty of some serious throwsOf course we had Pop with his big mouth running the show. He tried to keep everybody organized and steered in the right directions, but with this many Del Priore's running around there is always chaos.

Gabriella's Egg Hunt

This was her first time participating.
Look at all them eggs in that basket you can't forget the most important one....the PRIZE egg! I'm so proud of her. Too bad in their age group they don't win money...only a big stuffed bunny.

Anthony's Egg Hunt

He was in the same age group as Gabriella, but since I was helping Goobs, Brandon decided to help Anthony.

Get them eggs boy.He did great! I can tell he has a competitive gene in him. Everything he does is very serious.

Isabel's Egg Hunt

This year she got to move up in age group.

Talking with Amber trying to get their strategy plan down. Now that they got a plan they're waiting for Pop to say the key words, "On your mark...get set....GO!"And they're off. Don't they look cute all running around in their tutus? After the kid's Egg Hunts guess who came to visit? The Easter Bunny!

Here are some of the people this year that got busted on. Don't ask me who any of the winners were of the games. I was too busy running after my kids to actually watch.

I never saw her with the girls, it was always a male figure. Lets just hope this habbit doesn't stick in her older years. After a long day of games, running out in the HOT sun, its best to just find a COOL place in the shade and relax.
