Our House!!!

YES! We finally bought a house. Of course this isn't our exact house, this is the model home, ours is being built as we speak. I decided after going witht the whole ordeal of negotiating prices over foreclosure homes, I couldn't take the stress of it. Getting in bidding wars is so frustrating. My life has been so crazy lately that I had to simplify my life some how. I know we were looking for a good deal, but I don't have the nerves or the patience right now to find one. So we have decided to build us a house in this new housing development in Ladson. It was a set price, I know what I'm getting, and NO fighting over the house. I love the way it is your typical Charleston style home with the double porches. The only bad thing is they said it won't be finished being built until August =( I think I can wait though.
