For the last month we have been dealing with HOA trying to get a fence approved. They are so picky about every little thing that we decided to drive 45 min away to their home office to finally talk to the people in person and what do you know? They weren't there. We hate HOA and we have decided that we will never live in a neighborhood again. It is the country for us. Well, on our way back we drove by a strawberry picking farm. I didn't want the long drive to be a total waste of time so we stopped off and picked us some strawberries.
Here we are at Boone Hall Plantation in Mt. Pleasant. We usually pick strawberries with my whole family in Columbia, but this time was an exception.
It was a little bit early for the season so the plants aren't that big, but we still found lots of big juicy strawberries on them to fill our bucket.
Gabriella was double fisting them. Taking one bite out of all of them and then throwing them on the ground.
Antony found a few too
After we got done picking strawberries we headed back to Summerville where they were holding the Flowertown Festival. There was tons of people and vendors out there.
Gabriella has already found the love of her heart....MONEY! Can you see the $ signs dancing around her head?

Did you stop over at the little market across the street from the strawberry patch? They have wonderful homemade jams and jellies and all sorts of yummy things that they make from things that they grow. We've been there are couple of times and I love it!
