Meet The Teacher

The time has finally arrived. My dreams have started to come true. My kids are growing up and starting school. Last night we had meet the teacher. She was way EXCITED. Here she is in front of her first school. Oakbrook ElementaryThis school is so cool. Right when we walked in the walls were painted with murals. We had this cool waterfall to greet us at the door. Then the wall was painted like the woods with lots of bears peaking out. (Bears is their mascot so it makes sense to decorate with them)
On the corners at the end of the halls they have window displays of different wildlife. This one is in front of the principal's office.
To get to Isabel class you had to walk down a different hall. Each hall had a different scenery. The kindergartners were the Sea Life.Finally, we made it to Isabel's classroom. Her teacher, Mrs. Talley (one in purple) and her assistant, Mrs. Myers (one in grey) seem very nice. Isabel is going to have tons of fun. She met lots of her classmates and was already on board walking around introducing herself and mingling with her future friends.

Anthony is also going to be starting 4K, but they will do his teacher orientation next week. Stay tuned...
