YW Campout

Here is a picture of me and my brother at the young women's camp out. Since my sister in-law is the YW president they held the camp out in my Dad's backyard. It was a last resort without canceling it all together. Anyways, since I am living with my Dad for the time being this gave me the opportunity to hang out with the girls as well. I have to say I was pretty mean though. As the girls were all sitting around the fire talking I threw some firecrackers in the fire. No, it was not the kind that fly out everywhere with showers. These were the ones that just go POW! It wasn't dangerous. It was hilarious to see the girls reactions. Some almost fell out of their chairs. I don't think some of the girls liked me after that, and probably thought I was nuts. But then some of the girls wanted some firecrackers of their own to through in the fire. Later we played some games and then when it was time for them to go to sleep it was ON again. This time I had an accomplice, my nephew Frankie. It got really cold that night and a lot of the girls ended up sleeping in my Dad's RV instead of the tent. Well, we had a strip of firecrackers that was a 400 count strand. Frankie was suppose to just light it by the RV and let the sound scare the girls, but he lights it and throws it into the RV. The girls were SCARED to DEATH! I actually felt sorry for the girls this time. My sister in-law, Angel, was upset with us at that one. I don't blame her, that was a little too far.

But what is a camp out with out pranks?

I don't even know what to say--but that's hilarious!

(and there are always pranks at camp--I can see you were probably the mastermind at your campouts)
