I was so excited to finally go to the SC state fair again. They have the best fair!!! People come from all over to come to our fair. Since I have been living in TX I have not been able to go for the past 3 years. I know it is so depressing. 
The SC State Fair is the highlight of the year. As soon as I found out I was going I could smell the elephant ears, cotton candy, frisk fries, corn dogs, candy apples, etc... Fair food is the best. 
The whole family decided to go this past Wednesday, the first day it opened. Isabel was excited to ride the rides with all of her cousins. It did happen to rain that day. We thought it was going to be misserable and a disaster, but it actually turned out pretty good. 
There wasn't any lines for the rides or food. You weren't trying to bully your way around weaving in and out of crowds. It wasn't scorching hot causing you to sweat to death. It was awesome. Usually an all day affair only took us 2 hours, but we still made it an all day affair just because. The kids really enjoyed the rain. 
They thought that was more fun and added to the excitment. This definitely was a memoriable experience that I won't forget.

Yes, and how can I forget my brother, Rocco, got volunteered to go up on stage and be an assistance to a magic trick. Rocco was in heaven for he loves magic tricks. The magician totally fooled Rocco. He still has no idea how he did that trick. It was awesome.
Oh and later that night Big Anthony and Ethen, my brother, got hypnotized. It was pretty cool. Ethen didn't stay hypnotized very long b/c a girl fell on him has she went under her hypnocise and knocked him out of his. But Anthony stayed under the whole time. They had him up on stage doing little funny things. He thought the guy who was directing the thing was naked. That got a pretty good response. And then they made him into a puppet and made him do a little dance. It was funny

What great pictures in all of these recent posts!! I'm so excited for you guys - that you get to be in Charleston where you wanted to be! Anthony is such a cute little kid and brings such joy to those around him. Looks like you're having a blast down there.

The fair is so much fun. I was so excited to go this year. We went the last friday it was there and it rained on us too, basically the whole time we were there but we still had tons of fun. I've now decided that its better to go on days when it rains because its cooler and you don't have to wait in the food lines nearly as long =)
