Articles of Faith
I thought I would let Isabel show off how smart she is. She has been working very hard to memorize the Articles of Faith. It has been our Branch goal this year to memorize all of them. We thought we would let Isabel join in on the fun too. She has had the 1st and 2nd one memorized now for about 2 months. She is so smart, and I am so proud of her. This just goes to show you that we have NO excuse for not learning them. If a 3 year old can do it. We can too. At first I thought Isabel was too young to start learning them, but one of Isabel's girlfriends(Maddie)from her Sunbeam class started saying them, I thought, I guess they aren't too young. So I gave Isabel a try. And she did it! Never under estimate little kids.
How we did it? Every night before bed we would read a story, say prayers, and resite the 1st one every night about 10 times. At first I thought we were going no where, and that it was a waste of our time. But after about 2 weeks she caught on and started saying them herself. Then after she knew that one really good we moved to the next one. You go girl!
Its funny now though, b/c sometimes when she goes to say her prayers she will get mixed up and start to say the articles of faith in the middle of the prayer. I guess she is trying to say she is thankful for them.
Oh, and sorry for Isabel's indecent exposure. We are still working on her lady like manners.

Kids are amazing, aren't they!!!
That's pretty great! She's a smart lil' cookie.
I guess she get's that exposure from her mama..."she get's it from her mama, her mama...la la la"
Ok, so I was attempting to sing, but we know I can't.
Great job, Isabel!
